Ensure follow up on ACS business on the DHL Global network environment.
Track / tracing escalation contact for identified ACS product.
Make sure customers are informed about any incidence.
To instigate, coordinate, follow up contingencies / recoveries.
To support the ACS Commercial team by excellence in customer service support
Create customer trust in the ACS/DHL network capabilities.
Communicate in effective manner with H&G and 3rd party Handlers as well as Customers to efficiently and quickly find / retrieve information needed to resolve enquiry.
Ensures that the available tools/systems are used, in order to maximize sales opportunities.
The job has a high content of direct people interaction so must be a team worker, give clear direction and cultivate relationships.
Different processes to execute depending on problem.
Reporting of Hot shipments.
Motivated team player, who shares best practices and supports other team members to achievement ACS goals and objectives.
