What is the role?

In the rol as Accountmanager you will visiting clients within the hospitals in the French speaking region of Belgium & Luxembourg. You are the contact person for buyers, doctors, intensivists or other medics, pharmacists, heads of departments (budget holders) of hospitals. You will be the high-level conversation partner, benefiting from previous experience in the field of anesthesia, technical nursing or speech therapy complemented by several years of commercial experience. Through account plans you will ensure optimal relationship management and you will independently identify new sales opportunities. You will also conduct contract negotiations and identify developments in the market. Based on your targets you will draw up a sales plan for your own area and you will work closely with your other sales colleagues and the customer service representatives. Taking care of the necessary reports including account reports and sales reports is also a daily part of your duties.

Who are you?

The company is looking for a driven colleague for the position of Account Manager Belgium (Wallonia & Luxembourg). You have Bachelor level work experience and education. Due to the weight of this position, you have commercial experience in this market segment. A (nurse) background or education in the field of Intensive Care / Anesthesia is certainly a plus. You are a warm and relationship-oriented person with excellent and genuine negotiating skills. Communicatively a strong and convincing personality. You like to work in a team and play an active and initiating role in this. Next tot his you are able to carry out work independently. In order to be able to manifest well, you are open to / there is room for initiative, for active and constructive thinking and personal development. You also have good communication skills in word and writing. You are fluent in French and English. Dutch speaking is not required.
