Accountant - TVH GROUP NV - Waregem

Function

As Senior Accountant you are responsible for representing, organizing and checking the financial accounting in order to contribute to the objectives of the department.

Your core responsibilities are among others:
Controlling and checking if the accounting information is consistent, complete and correct;

Executing and controlling of supplier & customer invoice bookings and connected bank transactions to ensure a correct and complete processing of all information;

Performing complex accounting activities and booking and controlling tax liabilities, ledgers and returns;

Preparing tax statements and participating in in closing procedures;

Taking up an exemplary role by making suggestions on improvement.

Profile

+4 years of experience in a similar role;

Bachelor degree in Accountancy & Tax, Applied Economics, Finance,..

Excellent knowledge of Intrastat, accounting programs and payment programs;

Extensive experience in Tax Regulations;

Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English;

Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

Strong analytical skills;
