In addition to our in-house team, we work hand in hand with leading systems integrators active in the blockchain space to deliver end-to-end solutions to customers.

We are currently a team of almost 40 and are growing our engineering, solution architecture, client success and sales teams.


What’s the opportunity?
As an Account Manager in the Growth Team at SettleMint, you will be driving the adoption of blockchain technologies forward by helping companies accelerate their time to market using our award winning low-code blockchain solution for building blockchain applications. You will be interacting with innovative, globally leading companies that are embarking on their blockchain journey. You will be responsible for owning the the sales process, for qualifying sales opportunities and driving acquisition for SettleMint. To achieve objectives, you will be supported by an award winning product, technical pre-sales experts and a supportive management team that is deeply invested in your success.


What will you be doing?

  • Qualifying target accounts according to our in-house maturity scale.
  • Identifying key contacts at target accounts and connecting with them.
  • Create business models and solutions for the DLT market
  • Demonstrating the SettleMint platform to show the value we bring in blockchain digital transformation.
  • Managing all sales interactions with target accounts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the account.
  • Collaborating with the solution architects team to prepare proposals.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Working closely with channel partners for project delivery and client success.
  • Maintaining close relationship with clients during the delivery phase with clients and acting as relationship responsible throughout the client relationship.
  • Sharing market feedback with the marketing and product teams and keeping detailed records of account interactions and status in our CRM system. Knowledge of Hubspot a plus.

What skills and mindset do you need?

  • Strong desire to succeed in sales at a growth stage company.
  • Knowledgeable about blockchain technology and it’s application in different sectors. You must be willing to research and learn how blockchain can be applied in several contexts. Training will be provided as needed to support in expanding your knowledge of the technology.
  • Focus will be key . Blockchain is applicable in many industries and in many ways. You will have a proven track record of 2-5 years solution sales in a specific industry where you can leverage your domain knowledge and network.
  • Excellent communication skills in calls, emails and via other channels. You will be able to listen to and understand client needs and on this basis, formulate a strong rapport with potential clients.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy.
  • Results focused and confident with your track record to carry and deliver business development targets with technical pre-sales support.

Background

2-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology sales (SaaS solutions) or consulting, of which 1-2 years has ideally been focused on blockchain technology.

Language

Fluent (spoken and written) in English plus one other European language.
